巧克力香蕉麵包 Chocolate Banana Bread
今早就開工焗了個巧克力香蕉麵包, 好好味呀!!因為用了朋友從美國紐約買回來的巧克力粉,味道很濃呀! Thanks Q Mr. CC ^^
大家記住喔, 我每次做的麵包及甜品都是少糖份量,
所以不用擔心太肥或太甜。

材料:
1-1/2杯麵粉
1/4杯 無糖巧克力粉
1茶匙小蘇打
鹽1茶匙
1/2杯牛油(室溫)
1/2杯砂糖
2個大雞蛋
1杯香蕉(搗碎非常成熟,2-3香蕉)
1/2杯酸奶油
1茶匙雲呢拿香油
1/2杯半甜巧克力粒

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned into measuring cup and levelled off with knife)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup bananas (mashed very ripe, from 2-3 brown bananas)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
做法:
烤箱預熱至 350F(176C)準備9×5×3英寸的麵包盤
在一個大碗裡打牛油和糖,直到輕和蓬鬆2-3分鐘。
添加雞蛋,之後再加麵粉,巧克力粉,小蘇打和鹽。
攪拌至沒有粒粒硬塊,並輕輕敲打直到結合。
添加香蕉,酸奶油,雲呢拿香油和混合。
再加入巧克力片。不要過度攪拌。

倒入麵糊倒入準備好的麵包盤,並用鍋鏟均勻塗抹。烘烤,直到牙籤插入中心出來幾個濕潤屑附著,約1小時10分鐘。讓泛休息約10分鐘,然後轉出到機架完全冷卻。

To make it:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, Unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk until there are no more lumps in the cocoa powder and mixture is well combined. Set aside.
In a large bowl or electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, incorporating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients and beat gently until just combined. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla and mix on low speed to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Do not over mix.
