Type 5 Style {TR90 Meal} - 焗希臘乳酪雞胸肉 Baked No-Fat Greek Yogurt Chicken Breast
希臘乳酪超級低熱量,雞胸肉高蛋白!這個配方是超級簡單,方便,而且絕對美味喔!! 雞胸肉好soft~~

This recipe was so extremely easy, convenient, and absolutely delicious. The greek yogurt locks in the moisture, and the spices just kick it up to a whole different level.
TR90 Meal - 焗希臘乳酪雞胸肉 Baked No-Fat Greek Yogurt Chicken Breast |
材料:(材料份量自己可加多或少)
去皮的雞胸肉 4塊
0%脂肪純希臘乳酪 1杯(250ml)
大蒜粉 1茶匙 (我喜歡用 Johnny Garlic spread & seasoning, 超香蒜味)
海鹽 1/2茶匙
黑胡椒 1/2茶匙
(1Cup=250ml)
(Tsp: 茶匙,Tbsp: 湯匙)
做法:
烤箱預熱至375度。
將希臘乳酪,大蒜粉,海鹽和黑胡椒放在一個碗裡攪拌均勻。
並把攪拌好的希臘乳酪塗滿在雞胸肉全身。(搽厚些也沒問題)
放置在烤盤上再放入已經預熱375F的烤箱內焗 45 分鐘。食得啦!!!
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 cup (250ml) 0% fat plain greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder( I like to use Johnny Garlic spread & seasoning)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine greek yogurt, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Coat each chicken breast in greek yogurt mixture and place on foiled baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes.
