脆皮棉花糖加上玉桂紅薯的誘惑。。。。好味呀!! 很好的配對而且做法簡單小朋友也十分喜愛。最適合開 Potluck Party 喔!!
紅薯的突出功效就是抗癌,在果蔬中,它是抗癌明星、而且排行老大。吃了對預防癌症積極有效。而且在對腸道腫瘤的抑制中發揮的最好。長期犯便秘的人群,多吃紅薯不但可以緩解便秘,而且可以抑制腸道息肉發生癌變,從而減少發生致命的結腸癌及大腸癌的風險。
材料:
紅薯 (Sweet potatoes) 2隻
黃糖 (Golden yellow sugar) 2tbsp
植物牛油 (Margarine) 1tbsp+1-1/2 tsp
純橙精 (Pure orange extract) 1/2 tsp
雲呢拿香油 (Vanilla extra)1tsp
肉桂粉 (ground cinnamon) 1/4 tsp
棉花糖 (大或小也可) (mini or large size marshmallows)
做法:
烤箱預熱到350F (175C)
紅薯去皮,切粒。
放紅薯入鍋加入冷水剛蓋到紅薯就好,用中大火煮15分鐘。隔去水備用。
紅薯放入一個大碗裡用叉壓碎。拌入牛油,黃糖,純橙精和肉桂粉的攪勻。
薯蓉入盤把棉花糖放上面,烤在350F(175C)至金黃色。大約8﹣10分鐘。(我焗了10min)

To make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced.
Boil sliced sweet potatoes in water until tender. Drain.
In a large bowl, blend the potatoes until creamy. Stir in the butter, brown sugar, orange extract and a dash of ground cinnamon.
Spread the sweet potato mixture into a pan. Sprinkle the marshmallows over the top and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until golden brown. 8-10mini is good!
