紐約芝士蛋糕-New York Cheesecake
這個蛋糕是很容易做,而且十分美味。Mr. KC試過都話跟店賣的差不多, 喜歡甜點的你也會愛上它
What you need:
Crust (餅乾硬皮) 1 (我為了方便快捷所以在超巿買)
Crust (餅乾硬皮) 材料和做法:
﹣Honey maid graham cracker crumbs 1box
﹣sugar 3 Tbsp.
﹣butter, melted 3Tbsp.
~Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp sugar and butter; press onto bottom of spring form pan. Bake 10min.
芝士蛋糕材料:
﹣Cream cheese(忌廉芝士), softened 1 pkg. (8 oz. each) (我用的是 Philadelphia cream cheese一盒仔剛剛好)
﹣Sugar 2/3 cup (我是小糖的,喜歡sweet D 可以用 1 cup )
﹣flour (麵粉) 3 Tbsp.
﹣Vanilla extract (雲呢拿香油) 1 Tbsp.
﹣Sour cream (酸奶油) 1 cup
﹣eggs (雞蛋) 4
﹣milk (牛奶) 2/3 cup
To make it:
Heat oven to 325F
Beat cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs. 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Pour over crust.
Pour over crust.
Bake 1 hrs 10min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Melt jam when ready to serve cheesecake. Top cheesecake with fruit; brush with jam or whipped cream on top.
做法:
烤箱預熱到325F
大盤放入忌廉芝士,2/3杯白糖,麵粉和香草用
攪拌機徹底拌勻至沒有粒粒和滑滑。

烘烤1小時10分鐘。直到牙籤插入中心出來乾淨。
冷卻後再冷藏4小時就成了。
